Sign in to your account, open My Profile → My Bookings, select the reservation you want to cancel, and click Cancel Booking. You'll see the applicable cancellation fee (if any) before you confirm. Free-cancellation hotel rates can be cancelled at no charge up to the deadline shown on your confirmation.

Once your cancellation is approved, refunds are issued within 7–14 business days to your original payment method. Bank processing times vary, so it may take an extra billing cycle to appear on your card statement. You'll receive an email confirmation the moment the refund is released from our side.

Yes, most fares allow date changes. You'll pay the fare difference between your original and new flight, plus the airline's change fee where applicable. Flexible and business fares often waive the change fee entirely — check the fare rules on your booking confirmation, or manage the change from My Profile → My Bookings.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Meeza cards, plus local options including Fawry and Vodafone Cash. All payments are processed over encrypted connections, and we never store your full card details on our servers.

The most common causes are insufficient funds, a daily online-spending limit on your card, or your bank blocking the transaction as a security precaution. Try again after confirming the limit with your bank, or use a different payment method such as Fawry. If the amount was deducted but no confirmation arrived, it will be auto-reversed by your bank within 72 hours.

Your e-ticket is emailed automatically within minutes of a successful payment. You can also download both the e-ticket and a tax invoice anytime from your booking invoice page. If the email hasn't arrived, check your spam folder and verify the email address saved on your profile.

Bring a valid government-issued photo ID (national ID or passport) matching the lead guest's name, plus your booking confirmation — digital or printed. Some hotels also require a credit card or a refundable cash deposit for incidentals. Standard check-in time is from 2:00–3:00 PM; early check-in is subject to availability.

Baggage allowance depends on the airline and fare class — it's listed on your e-ticket and on the flight details page before you book. Most economy fares include a 7 kg cabin bag, while checked baggage (typically 23 kg) may be included or available as a paid add-on. Adding bags before departure is always cheaper than paying at the airport.
