Yes. Open My Bookings, select the reservation, and choose Modify to change dates, traveler details, or room type. Flights follow the airline's fare rules — you'll see any fare difference or change fee before you confirm. Hotel and car changes are free when made before the property's modification deadline.

We do — groups of 10 or more travelers qualify for negotiated group fares, free name changes up to 14 days before departure, and split-payment options. Contact our group desk with your dates and group size, and a specialist will send a tailored quote within one business day.

Infants under 2 travel on a lap for roughly 10% of the adult fare (no seat), while children aged 2–11 pay a discounted child fare with their own seat. Add them as passengers during search and the correct fare is applied automatically. Note: each adult may accompany only one lap infant.

Yes — pick your seat from the interactive seat map during flight checkout. Standard seats are often free on full-service airlines, while extra-legroom and front-row seats carry a small fee. If you skip selection, the airline assigns a seat free of charge at check-in.

Online check-in opens on the airline's website 24–48 hours before departure — you'll find a direct check-in link and your booking reference in our reminder email. Check in, download your boarding pass, and head straight to bag drop or security. Travelers with checked bags should still arrive at least 2 hours early for domestic flights and 3 for international.

You earn 1 point per EGP 10 spent on completed flights, hotels, and car rentals. Points land in your account after travel is completed and can be redeemed at checkout — 100 points equal EGP 10 off. Track your balance and tier progress anytime on your dashboard. Points expire 24 months after they're earned.

You can pay in EGP, USD, EUR, or SAR — switch currency from the globe icon in the header. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Meeza cards, plus Fawry and Vodafone Cash for local payments. The exact amount in your selected currency is shown before you pay; your bank may apply its own conversion rate for foreign-currency cards.

Approved refunds are released within 7–14 business days to your original payment method; airline-processed refunds can take up to 30 days depending on the carrier. Wallet payments (Fawry, Vodafone Cash) are usually faster — 3–5 business days. Full timelines and fee rules are detailed in our refund policy.

Enter your code in the Promo Code field on the payment step and the discount is applied instantly to the total. One code per booking, and codes can't be combined with loyalty-point redemptions on the same order. Find current codes and seasonal deals on our offers page — expired or region-restricted codes will show a clear error message.

Late check-out is at the hotel's discretion and depends on same-day occupancy. Add it as a special request during checkout or message the property after booking — we forward requests directly. Until 2:00 PM is often free for loyalty members; later check-outs typically cost 30–50% of one night. Confirm at the front desk on arrival to be safe.

You'll need a valid driving licence held for at least 1 year, a national ID or passport, and a credit card in the driver's name for the security deposit. Most suppliers require drivers to be 21+ (25+ for premium classes), and an International Driving Permit if your licence isn't in English or Arabic. Insurance isn't included by default, but you can add a plan during checkout starting from EGP 150 per traveler. Cover includes trip cancellation, medical emergencies abroad, lost baggage, and flight delays over 4 hours. The policy document is emailed with your confirmation, and claims are handled directly by the insurer's 24/7 hotline.

We provide visa-support documents free with every booking: a confirmed flight itinerary, hotel voucher, and travel insurance certificate — all accepted by most embassies. For selected destinations we also offer a paid visa assistance service covering form filling and appointment booking. Visa approval always remains the embassy's decision, so apply at least 4 weeks before travel.

Go to profile settings and choose Delete Account at the bottom of the page. Deletion is permanent: unused loyalty points are forfeited and saved traveler details are erased within 30 days, in line with our privacy policy. Bookings with upcoming travel must be completed or cancelled first — invoices for past trips remain available by email on request.
