By accessing, browsing, or using the Tazkarty platform—whether via our website, mobile application, or any other interface—you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

These terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and ITGeeks ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the Tazkarty travel booking platform.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services independently.
• Users between 16–18 may use the platform only with verifiable parental or guardian consent.
• By completing a booking, you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter a binding contract.
• These terms supersede any previous agreements relating to the use of Tazkarty services.

Tazkarty is a comprehensive travel booking platform that provides users access to search, compare, and book the following travel services:

• Flight Bookings: Search and reserve seats on domestic and international flights from multiple airlines. We act as an intermediary between you and the airlines.
• Hotel Reservations: Browse and book accommodation options ranging from budget guesthouses to five-star hotels worldwide.
• Car Rentals: Reserve vehicles from partnered rental agencies at airports and city locations across Egypt and beyond.
• Travel Packages: Bundled deals combining flights, hotel stays, and car rentals at discounted rates.
• Travel Guides & Destination Information: Curated content to assist with trip planning, including local tips, visa requirements, and weather information.

Tazkarty acts as an authorized booking agent and intermediary. The actual travel services are provided by independent third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, car rental companies). Tazkarty is not the provider of these underlying services and is not responsible for their quality, safety, or legality beyond what is stated in these Terms.

Certain features of our platform require the creation of a user account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information.

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@itgeeks.store if you suspect unauthorized access.
• One Account Per Person: Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or abuse promotional offers is prohibited and may result in permanent suspension.
• Accurate Information: All personal details—including name, email address, passport information, and payment data—must be accurate and kept up to date. Incorrect information may result in failed bookings or denied boarding.
• Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these Terms, used for fraudulent activity, or inactive for more than 24 consecutive months.
• Third-Party Sign-In: If you sign in via Google, Apple, or other social authentication, you also agree to the terms of those third-party providers.

When you complete a booking through Tazkarty, you are entering into a contract with the relevant travel supplier (airline, hotel, or car rental company), not with Tazkarty directly, unless otherwise stated.

• Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email with a booking reference number. Display of a price or availability does not constitute a confirmed booking.
• Pricing Accuracy: While we make every effort to display accurate prices, fares and rates are dynamic and subject to change. The price shown at checkout is the binding price for that session.
• Supplier Terms: Each booking is also subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant supplier, including airline fare rules, hotel policies, and car rental agreements. You should review these before completing your booking.
• Name Accuracy: Passenger names must match exactly the names on the relevant travel documents (passport, national ID). We are not liable for denied services due to name discrepancies.
• E-Tickets & Vouchers: You are responsible for printing or saving your e-ticket or booking voucher. Failure to present valid documentation at check-in or hotel reception is your sole responsibility.
• Itinerary Changes: Travel itineraries may be subject to change by suppliers due to operational or safety reasons. Tazkarty will endeavor to notify you promptly of any significant changes.

All payments on the Tazkarty platform are processed securely through our certified payment gateway. We accept major credit and debit cards, mobile wallets, and select bank transfer options.

• Currency: Prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) by default. Users may view prices in USD or EUR. The final charge will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at time of payment.
• Service Fees: Tazkarty charges a transparent service fee on bookings. This fee is clearly displayed before you confirm any purchase and is non-refundable once the booking is processed.
• Taxes & Surcharges: All applicable government taxes, airport fees, fuel surcharges, and VAT are included in the displayed total price unless otherwise stated.
• Payment Security: All transactions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. We are PCI-DSS compliant and do not store complete card numbers on our servers.
• Failed Payments: If a payment fails, the reservation will not be confirmed. We are not responsible for any loss resulting from a failed transaction due to insufficient funds, card limitations, or bank restrictions.
• Fraudulent Transactions: We reserve the right to cancel any booking if fraud is suspected, and to cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities.

Cancellation and refund policies vary by booking type and supplier. The specific policy applicable to your booking is displayed at checkout and in your confirmation email.

• Flight Cancellations: Airline cancellation policies govern flight refunds. Non-refundable fares will not be reimbursed. Refundable fares are subject to the airline's processing fees and timelines, which may take 7–30 business days to reflect in your account.
• Hotel Cancellations: Hotels offer varying cancellation windows — typically free cancellation up to 24–72 hours before check-in. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur charges of up to one night's rate.
• Car Rental Cancellations: Most car rentals can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours prior to pick-up. Cancellations within 48 hours may forfeit the booking deposit.
• Tazkarty Service Fee: Our service fee is non-refundable in all circumstances, including supplier-initiated cancellations, except in cases of verifiable system error on our part.
• Force Majeure: In cases of natural disaster, government travel bans, pandemic-related restrictions, or other events beyond our or the supplier's control, refunds or credits will be processed subject to supplier policies.
• Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, subject to your bank's processing times.

By using Tazkarty, you agree to use the platform only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Making fraudulent, speculative, or false bookings;
• Using automated tools, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to access or extract data from the platform;
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems or other users' accounts;
• Posting or transmitting any content that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, or infringes on third-party rights;
• Reselling or commercially redistributing content, fare data, or booking confirmations obtained via Tazkarty;
• Impersonating any person, entity, or Tazkarty staff member;
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the proper functioning of our platform.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all active bookings without refund, and, where applicable, legal action.

All content on the Tazkarty platform—including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, graphics, interface design, code, data compilations, and travel content—is the exclusive property of ITGeeks or its licensors and is protected by Egyptian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on this platform without our express written consent.
• The "Tazkarty" name and logo are registered trademarks of ITGeeks. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
• You retain ownership of any content you submit (reviews, profile photos), but grant Tazkarty a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with our services.
• By submitting reviews or feedback, you confirm that the content is original, accurate, and does not infringe on any third-party rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tazkarty and ITGeeks shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of—or inability to use—our platform;
• The acts, omissions, or negligence of third-party travel suppliers including airlines, hotels, and car rental companies;
• Flight delays, cancellations, or overbooking by airlines;
• Hotel quality, amenities, or discrepancies between listing descriptions and actual property;
• Loss of personal property, health incidents, or accidents occurring during travel;
• Data loss or service interruptions caused by events outside our reasonable control, including cyberattacks, infrastructure failures, or force majeure events.

Our total liability to you in connection with any booking shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that specific booking through our platform.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

• Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mansoura, Dakahlia Governorate, Egypt.
• If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary, while the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
• Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
• These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any supplemental policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and ITGeeks regarding the use of the Tazkarty platform.
