Legal Basis (GDPR): For EU users, we process your data on the basis of: (a) contract performance for bookings; (b) legitimate interests for analytics and fraud prevention; (c) your explicit consent for marketing; and (d) legal obligation for compliance purposes.

- Travel Suppliers: We share necessary booking details (passenger names, passport numbers, contact information) with airlines, hotels, and car rental providers to fulfill your reservation. These suppliers have their own privacy policies.

Third-Party Links
The Tazkarty platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, and applications, including airline websites, hotel chains, car rental portals, and travel guide resources.
- These third-party sites operate independently and have their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or security of external sites.
- When you click a link that takes you outside the Tazkarty platform, you are subject to that site's terms and privacy policy from that point forward.
- We recommend reviewing the privacy policy of any third-party service before providing personal information to them.
- Embedded content such as maps, payment widgets, or social media share buttons may allow those third parties to collect data about your visit. This is governed by their respective privacy policies.
Our platform integrates with Google Maps for location features, Stripe / Paymob for payment processing, and Google Analytics for usage insights. Each operates under their own strict privacy standards.
Children's Privacy
The Tazkarty platform is not directed to children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors without verifiable parental consent.
- Children aged 16–18 may use the platform only with verifiable parental or guardian consent. The consenting adult assumes full responsibility for the child's use of the platform.
- Booking for minor passengers (children, infants) requires the supervising adult's account and consent. Minor passenger data (name, date of birth, passport number) is collected solely to fulfill the booking with the airline.
- If we discover that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child under 16 without appropriate consent, we will delete that data promptly.
- If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information without consent, please contact us immediately at info@itgeeks.store.
Changes to This Policy
